Your Venus 2000 has a two-year limited warranty on the power unit, power cord, and remote control (if applicable). Under normal conditions, it should last for years without any problems. Physical damage is not covered. Attachments are warranted to be free of defects when shipped. Additionally, we will work with you to solve problems at any time.

We’re so confident that you’ll love your Venus 2000 that it comes with a 45 day Money-Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you must call for a return authorization number within 45 days from the date of delivery. Return it to us, shipping prepaid. The unit purchase price will be refunded, less a $100 reconditioning fee. No refunds are given on attachments, accessories, or shipping charges.
